What is the minimum order quantity for bulk production?+
MOQ starts at 500 pcs for serums, hair care, and baby care. Creams and body care start at 1,000 pcs. Sheet masks and foil-pouch formats start at 3,000 pcs. These are among the lowest MOQs available from a GMP-certified factory. We recommend starting at the MOQ to validate your market before scaling.
How long does bulk production take?+
Standard bulk production lead time is 4–6 weeks after receipt of 30% deposit and written sample approval. This covers raw material sourcing, production, in-house QC, third-party testing, packaging, and dispatch preparation. We send production milestone updates throughout.
How do I know my bulk formula matches my approved sample?+
Your approved sample formula is locked in our system with full specification: pH range, viscosity range, appearance, colour, and fill weight. Every bulk batch is tested against these parameters during production and before dispatch. The COA issued with each batch documents the test results. Any batch outside specification is quarantined and reprocessed — never shipped.
Do you offer discounts for larger bulk orders?+
Yes. Tiered pricing applies at 500, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 20,000+ pcs. Your Proforma Invoice shows pricing at each tier so you can plan your order volume. Clients with consistent reorder history may access additional volume pricing on a case-by-case basis.
Can I visit the factory before placing a bulk order?+

What QC documentation comes with my bulk order?+
Every bulk order ships with: Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), full INCI ingredient list, batch production record summary, packaging specification confirmation, and packing list. SGS third-party test reports are available on request for an additional fee.
Can you handle urgent or expedited production?+
Rush production is possible for standard formula products with stock packaging when factory capacity permits. Rush orders incur an expedite fee. Contact us to discuss availability. We recommend planning bulk orders 8–12 weeks in advance for seasonal campaigns to avoid rush fees.
What happens if there is a quality defect in my bulk order?+
All products pass QC before shipment. In the event a defect is confirmed as a production error, we replace the affected units or issue a credit at our cost. We investigate root cause for every reported defect and update our process to prevent recurrence. Our defect rate across 500+ SKUs is under 0.3%.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?+
Yes. We prepare FBA-ready inventory: FNSKU labels applied, poly-bagging where required, carton marking per FBA requirements, and shipment plan coordination. We ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers in USA, UK, EU, Japan, and other Amazon marketplaces.
How do reorders work after my first bulk order?+
Your formula specification is saved in our system. For reorders, provide quantity and delivery date. We issue a Proforma Invoice within 24 hours. Reorder lead times are typically 3–4 weeks (shorter than first orders) because the formula and packaging are already confirmed. Many clients set up quarterly or seasonal reorder schedules.
